Civil Document Service via Jemput Bola Re-opened

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept is opening civil document service through jemput bola (officers to take the initiative to visit residents). Thus far, there have been at least 291 residents served.

It is quite getting positive response from the public

Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Dept Head, Edison Sianturi disclosed the service is opened to facilitate residents in processing civil documents. "It is quite getting positive response from the public," he expressed.

Edison disclosed, it opens in five cities. His dept also intends to hold socialization to those who have yet to process recording and printing of e-ID card, either through jemput bola or go to the nearest sub-district office.

"Civil document now is easy, which is why we continue to encourage people who have yet to do e-ID card recording in the urban village counter or through jemput bola every week," he finished.
